[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] OT - Windows 10 CPU fan runs too much or is always on.

Many times the fan runs because it is to hot. If you have a laptop, have
you considered buying one of those plastic platforms that you laptop sits
on and plugs into your usb port.  It has a fan that cools the laptop and
has worked well for me.
