[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] New Field Day chairman.

I think including digital would be a great addition to our Field Day and
would be happy to help out in that area.  If anyone is interested, I can
update my digital modes talk I gave some years back to include things like
FT8 and WSJT-X.
