[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Looking for a small power supply

I am trying to set up a 2 meter only base station and have no power supply
other than a computer laptop brick at 15 volts at 3 amps. I can put out 5
watts but the rig can do 45. If anyone has a small 7 amp or more 12 volt
supply for cheap I should be able to get out 15 watts or so which would
allow me to get on some of the nets. The radio has no tone but could still
do simplex and a few repeaters that are open. Thanks for reading.
