Any recommendation I would have would be based on your budget. The Yaesu 
FT-60 has 2m/70cm capability
for a little over $150, but no 6m or D-STAR.

We have both a D-STAR stack and a 6m repeater, but no D-STAR on 6m. I 
don't think a radio with 6m and
D-STAR exists. For D-STAR, the ICOM ID-51 has 2m/70cm and D-STAR. There 
are a few Yaesu radios with
6m, but they aren't very cheap.

If you aren't within easy range of a repeater, you should be looking 
into a mobile radio, and if you want to
set it up as a base station, a power supply or battery+charger.
