146.655 Will NOT require PL 141.3 for the duration of this event.  
However PL will, as always be present on the output so you can use tone 
squelch on your receiver to keep the noise down.

The repeater will be in a fast turn around mode, with announcements and 
phone patch disabled.  If you must have phone patch access, please call 
me on the air.  I can override.

I plan to be in a monitoring mode most of the day.

The K4US - MVARC repeater is located in the GW National Masonic 
Memorial.  We have excellent coverage of the parade route.
