10-104.3.J.5. "Ground-supported antenna structures for the operation of personal or amateur radio facilities under Parts 95 and 97 of the Federal Communications Commission regulations may be permitted in any R district as follows:
A. Structures seventy-five (75) feet or less in height shall not be located closer to any lot line than a distance equal to one-fifth (1/5) of their height.
B. Structures greater than seventy-five (75) feet in height shall not be located closer to any lot line than a distance equal to their height."
I believe that an "R district" is a residential area as defined by:
