     Because of health issues, our current ARRL Section Manager ('SM') Glen Sage announced at the recent Virginia Beach hamfest that he won't be seeking re-election.  It appears that Carl A. Clements, W4CAC, will be seeking the position again.  Of course there may be others who may elect to run..
