	Will try to turn in a file for VA QSO party.  

For all Club members

Friday - Alexandria Hospital - Class Rooms HEC-1/2 ARES meeting, first one
in over a year and a half. 7PM to 9PM  Talk in on 147.315

Saturday - Washington's Birthday 10K run,  AMC theater Eisenhower Ave.  7:30
AM to noon.  Free wool caps.  Need 3 more operators.  City operation (paying
the rent for the meeting place.)

Sunday - Richmond Frostfest

MONDAY - WASHINGTON'S BIRTHDAY PARADE.  We are getting the Chairman's award
this year.  We will have something in the parade,  we need about 17
operators to work with the division marshals.  Show up at Corner of ST.
Asaphs and Wilkes.  Parking is at the Companion Center.  We have a few
parking passes.  No parking this year at the Lyles Crouch School as they
school will be open till 11AM.  Streets close at 10AM.  We are all invited
to the reception at the American Legion Hall after the parade for food,
