[AK-VHF] NET 11 Sept. - 144.200 USB

Spent the afternoon spinning my wheels and pouring over wiring diagrams
checking thing between the shack and the tower.   Found two DPDT pcb
relays shot which handled band switching and coax relay keying.  Found
that one coax relay defaults to the other connector (minor rerouting of
coax) and amplifier keying isn't working.

I replaced a N connector on a run of LMR600 coming from the 432 yagi and
it tests 2.4 SWR across the band (evidence of aluminum shield corrosion
so probably will have to replace the cable).

I did verify getting 14w drive to the 100w 432 amp with 21w transmitted
in the shack.  Amp needs 13w so that is good.

So result is no use of yagis & amps on 432 & 1296.

will be QRV 50/144/222/432 tomorrow using the ic9700 as previously
described.
