[AK-VHF] New Cub Callsign

Today we received our new club callsign from the FCC: KL7VHF

This will be available for members use for special events such as 
DXpeditions, Rovers, Field Day, etc.
It can ONLY be used by a registered member after getting permission 
from the Board of Directors or President.
E-mail submission is adequate.  Licensees ham call class limitations 
apply (eg: if you hold a technician call then technician FCC rules 
apply for use of this callsign).

Permission is given for Brandon Clark to use KL7VHF/R for his 
participation as a rover in the January 2020 ARRL VHF Contest.
