The net begins at 9:30am on 144.200 USB, and I also monitor 223.50 FM.

Recently checked repeater signals on my vertical antenna:
146.88 Kenai - S9
146.91 Homer - S7
146.94 Anchorage - S9
147.30 Anchorage - S8
147.33 Valley - S5
224.94 Anchorage - 3bars (equivalent to S9)
444.700 Anchorage -S1 (90% quieting)
Pretty good propagation.
