[AK-VHF] 23cm and 33cm

I doubt there is much activity on those bands up here, except maybe for
moonbounce. I think the Alaska Repeaters website only lists one or two
repeaters on those bands. I don't remember hearing a lot of activity on the
Tuesday simplex nets either, although there are a few stations out there.

I haven't been up here very long, but it seems like anything higher than 2m
really struggles with all the trees and lack of truly high sites for
repeaters.
