No nominations were received in May for the Board of Directors for 
2019-2021, so according with the Constitution and ByLaws the existing 
Board is automatically re-elected:
KL7UW - director for Alaska members
K7CW - director for  members outside Alaska
KL7XJ - director at large (all members)

The board's first duty is to appoint officers for the next two years:
President
Vice President
Secretary-treasurer

Nominations are open for these jobs from the membership June 
1-30.  Board will select the officers in July.
