[AK-VHF] NET: 14 Dec. - 144.200 USB

X2 on the 6M, SSB, and digital net plans. As we get closer to rolling that
out I'll have construction diagrams and instructions for how to put up a
basic 6 M antenna (and maybe a not-so-basic gain antenna too).

If anyone is interested in getting on-air with 6 M sooner though, Ed and I
are recommending setting up with horizontal polarization. That's what we
will be running the net with, and the antenna designs we publish will also
be horizontally polarized.
