[AK-VHF] NET - Now 144.200 - FM

Nice turn out:

KL7XJ - S5 on the KX3-2M with S2 noise floor
WL7CLA - S5
WL7AU - S5/6
KL6M - S7  (running 30w output from the FT-736R that I am buying from Mike).

The experiment using my KX3-2M running 0.5w to drive MOT 60w amp at 
40w into my RFC 2-317 150w linear amp turned out pretty good.  I was 
wondering how well I could hear without benefit of my tower-top eme 
preamps.  KX3-2M did well.  Internal preamp provides 30 dB gain at 
around 0.5 dB NF (required for 2m).

Net next week the net will be on 146.58-FM and I may have the FT-736R 
by then to run directly into the RFC amp.  I should have my control 
panel back installed so that I can use my eme preamp for Rx.
