Board of Directors are up for election.
2013-2015 BOD: AL2B, K7CW, and KL7UW
existing members are automatically submitted for re-election per the 
constitution and by-laws
Any member in good standing may run for BOD.
Nomination period is May 1-31.
Election is June 1-30
term starts on July 1
BOD appoint the officers as first item of business after election

Sec-Treas unfilled

Four nominations exist for three Director seats to serve 2015-2017:
Ed Cole, KL7UW -resident of Alaska
Dale Hershberger, KL7XJ -resident of Alaska
Paul Kiesel, K7CW -resident of Washington
Robert Rowley, AL2B  -resident of Idaho

Directors are elected as:
1- Alaska resident director representing Alaska members (currently KL7UW)
2- Non-Alaskan director representing all members residing outside 
Alaska (currently K7CW)
3- Director-at-Large who represents any member regardless of 
residency and may live anywhere (currently AL2B)

Therefore it is important for MEMBERS of the AK VHF-UP Group to VOTE
