Good turn out for the last net of June:
KL7XJ = S9 az=060
NL7OW = S9, az=060
*Note I work both these stations of the back corner of my
array. Initially KL7XJ and NL7OW were running S5-S7 until I
discovered I had connected to the wrong preamp connector (was
receiving in Hpol).
KL6M = S9+5, az=055
WL7O = S9, az=050
WL7AU = S8, az=055
KL7KY = S7, az=045  (Kevin runs a 5-element yagi pointed north)

Net ran overtime with KL7UW, KL6M, and KL7KY talking eme topics until 11:20ish.

I ran an experiment using my HT (VX6-R) 3w into Mirage amp 30w into
RF Concepts getting about 100w into the eme array. I received using
my standard eme station: preamps+transverter+K3. KL6M reported my
signal S9+60 with this setup. I switched back to running the
transverter (which only outputs 12w at 146.52 and drives RFC to 50w);
Mike reported this dropped my signal to S9+40. The eme array is
tuned for 144.300 and SWR goes over 2.0 above 146 MHz which causes
the amp to run low.

Next week (4th of July weekend; July 6) the net will meet on 144.200 USB
NO NET on July 13th (Kenai Peninsula Hamfest)
