[AK-VHF] KL3JI - Article Promotes Jan VHF Contest

My hat off to Shannon, KL3JI, for his article published in the 
January issue of the Anchorage ARC Newsletter.  Shannon did an 
admirable job announcing the contest with link to the AK VHF-Up Group 
website and especially promoting the new FM category.  Shannon is the 
new Activities Chair for the AARC (congrats).

Shannon has made several rover trips providing new grids for stations to work.
