Good start for the new net concept.

We do not know exactly when the 147.27 repeater will be removed from
Mt. Susitina, so the net may be moved to another wide-area
repeater. KL7CC suggested the 147.33 repeater as an alternative. I
listened in after the net and have S4-5 signals (full quiet) with my
four 2m yagis. Signal was rough-copy with the vertical.

If wx warms up on a day off I may yet get a 11-element yagi put up on
my tower #2 tuned for FM frequencies and fix-pointed toward
Anchorage. It would be about 25-feet off the ground for the winter
(next summer it will get installed at 45-feet on the tower).

NEXT WEEK (Dec. 1st) net will be on 144.200 USB.
