[AGCW] AGCW-DL Info: "Bandplankrieg..."

Lb OM, Amateurfunk ist ein (wunderschönes) Hobby. Mich irritiert die 
Kriegstreiberrhetorik (siehe Titel) der aktuellen AGCW-DL 
Info-Überschrift. Die AGCW hat sich in ihrer Satzung 
(http://agcw.org/download/AGCW-Satzung.pdf) verpflichtet, sich 
ausdrücklich zu den Empfehlungen der International Amateur Radio Union 
(IARU) und der angeschlossenen Verbände (also auch des DARC) zu 
bekennen. Und damit auch zu den seit dem 1.6.2016 gültigen 
KW-Bandplänen. Zudem wundere ich mich über den Kommentar von Rene DF8WA, 
der von einer Fehlannahme ausgeht: Die DARC-Anträge bzgl. neuer 
Bandpläne beruhen gar nicht allein auf RBN-Auswertungen. Hier irrt sich

frequency range 3500 to 3600 kHz were recorded using a SDR. Recording 
times were random but all samples were made during dawn and night and 
most samples were recorded during times of increased amateur radio

Since the amateur service is sharing 80m with other primary services the 
diagram is showing this usage too. The brightest areas are caused by 
stations of the fixed service with continuous service on 3553.8 kHz and 
3594 kHz. The bright lines on 3518 and 3528 kHz are caused by local QRM.
The survey shows that amateur activity centers between 3510-3530 kHz, 
but up to the frequency 3553.8 kHz (a military station using Stanag 
4285, probably in Turkey) regular
usage can be observed. Above this frequency the occupancy calms down 
considerably and becomes marginal above 3565 kHz.
 From 3576 kHz one can see amateur traffic in JT65; starting at 3580 kHz 
digimode usage by amateurs is visible (mainly PSK31 and RTTY). In 
addition to the continuous service on 3594 kHz the segment above 3585 
kHz is frequently used by non-continuous fixed service stations e.g. 
several ALE systems, Russian cluster beacons, weather fax and other 
military type of digimodes like Link-11/Tadil/Clew etc.
Conclusion Morse activity is concentrated on frequencies below 3555 
kHz." Ich würde mir wünschen, wenn die Diskussionen, bei aller 
Meinungsverschiedenheit, sachbezogen geführt würden. Was das neue 
AGCW-DL-Info angeht, möchte ich zum Ausdruck bringen, dass ich solche 
Meinungsmache, ungeachtet dessen, Teil der Kritik zu sein, als 
AGCW-Mitglied #1780 zu tiefst missbillige. 73 Tom DF5JL
