Jon,
The 2-meter weak signal calling frequency is 144.200 for both CW and SSB.
The lower part of the 144 MHz band that is allocated for CW is from the days when 2-meter EME used CW exclusively.
So, if you want an opportunity to possibly work someone on 2-meter CW then give 144.200 a try although I’m not sure how many of the “old dogs” still hang out there, even on SSB, since FT8 has taken over.

Subject: [ADXA] 2m CW
I'm still playing with cw. This weekend, I modded a quansheng uv-k1 (cheap China ht)... i called cq a dozen times last night and never got anything back! Hihi! Is there anyone in the Searcy area looking for 2m cw?
My copy isn't great yet, just a product of lack of practice on my part.
