[ADXA] mshv issue

There are four separate issues:
1) using shortcomings of mshv software especially with live streaming to log ft8 contacts without hearing the DX station. This is what I first described.
2) Setting excessively long transmit timeout and leaving wsjtx call the DX station forever (unattended).
3) Using automatic software to log qsos to collect dxcc entries (unattended).
4) using remote stations for receive (for example, websdr etc) or remote stations far away from home qth.

If someone can be legitimately caught, without question, make an example out of them. After reading this, I'm glad I had KP5 on all bands. I only needed them on digital. Now I'm wondering if THAT was legitimate.
