[ADXA] mshv issue

Interesting observation, Jussi. 

K5EJ and I have been discussing this recently as we have watched this occur
as well and as you note, it seems to be worse when there is a live stream.
I've actually sat here on 160 meters when I was decoding the DX station and
watched stations call a couple of times, then start sending "R -xx when the
DX NEVER called them. I saw it happen a couple weeks ago on 160 meters with
KP5 with a station in Arkansas who regularly does this when there is a live
stream from the DX station. Happens on 6 meters as well.

Its unfortunate, and is a sad indicator of how the integrity of operators
has declined.

Forgot to add that this with livestream makes it very efficient. One can
stop when the call shows up in the livestream log.
