[ADXA] Marion Is. on 7.070 MSHV I think

I have only worked him on 30 FT8.  The problem I'm having over here is
all the stations who are calling on the wrong sequence. It is terrible.
Lots of DQRM too.  When all the US stations are calling on his freq, I
cannot hear him.  I got a report last night on 40 but a US station
started right up and I could never copy his reply.  I send emails to
everyone I hear doing it.  You would not believe some of the responses I
get.  Most have no clue how to FT8 and other say they can't copy him so
they are calling blind.  A real xxxx-show.

I'm listening to a station jam him on30 meters with a string of dots
every time he transmits.  I wonder what happened to the ARRL initiative
that was going to track down some of these idiots?
