[ADXA] Antigua and St. Bart on 50.313

The best antennas won't fix propagation on 6M.  I decoded V26OC (didn't
need) solid for 30 minutes and never heard FJ/DK6AS.  Saw folks in
EM10/EM20/EM13/EM48 work him but not a peep here.  Antigua and St. Barts are
about 90 miles apart.  The opening ended here around 16:25.

Better antennas will prevail.
