[ADXA] ZS8W On 14085 NOT a pirate

Dennis, I believe that is an Olivia signal.  Sounds like it to me.  We 
use that mode on the SHARES net.  Also, stations calling him when he is 
transmitting.  Jamming appears to be gone now.  I can't work him at this 
point but still hearing him quite well.

GL, I only have ZS8 on one band from many years ago.
