Dennis, I believe that is an Olivia signal. Sounds like it to me. We use that mode on the SHARES net. Also, stations calling him when he is transmitting. Jamming appears to be gone now. I can't work him at this point but still hearing him quite well.

I'm hearing him LP -4 on 4 streams at the moment...Lots of JA's and a few North American's mixed in...Also hearing the occasional jammer sending some kind of signal right on top of him...Almost looks like a Super Fox signal...

I have yet to hear him either SP, LP or "moon bounce". He'll be there till mid May working when he can. He actually has a real job there that comes first starting Monday.
