[ADXA] LOTW back up and running

They have gone from 1193 logs to over14663!  They are now processing over 2
million QSOs!  I am sure they have turned off what they can.  I don't mean
to beat a dead horse here, but it is very interesting ( at least to me ) to
see how far it can go in a very short time.
