[ADXA] D4UM - CAPE VERDE

He hasn't uploaded to Club Log since 8/23.  On his QRZ page, he says his 
op position was flooded and he lost a lot of data.  He then details what 
he is trying to do to recover his logs.  This was when he was in 
Corsica.  Good luck.
