[ADXA] ARRL Pays $1,000,000.00 Ransom

Any hacking event, especially ransomware, puts a business in a terrible
position.  I am not surprised that money changed hands - most of the time
that is the case these days.   I know there's a lot of varying opinions
about ARRL, but I can't find another organization that advocates so well
for our industry.

Beyond advocacy, my favorite benefits are LOTW and access to all the
magazines digitally.
