[ADXA] ARRL Pays $1,000,000.00 Ransom

ARRL member bulletin today says they paid a million dollars to the 
hackers that got into their system.  All is back to normal, sort of.  I 
found they cannot process any DXCC applications.  They claim not to know 
when that will be possible in the future.  I submitted an application 
over a month ago and it is still hanging.  And, you cannot submit 
another application until the one on hold is processed.  If you are an 
ARRL member you will have gotten the member bulletin today.  I'm kind of 
surprised they announced the amount of money they paid and the fact that 
the insurance company covered at least part of it.  I think will only 
encourage further hacking.  My two cents.
