[ADXA] South Sudan on 10M FT8

Well, I did hear South Sudan for about 10 minutes and then it was like 
someone - probably George - turned off a switch.  BAM...Z81D was GONE!  
And then George kept rubbing my nose in it by declaring, "...he a plus 5 
here!"
