[ADXA] San Andres on 15M F/H

[WB5JJJ]

The VoIP does not require IP addresses as they change all the time with
dynamic allocations to you broadband.  It used the MAC address.  It may be
that they are not allowing SIP connections.  I can take my Cisco phone to a
hotel, my car phone or an iPhone hotspot and it works as always.
