[ADXA] 9X5RU now on 20m CW, 14037

San,

Been calling on CW off and on ... working other stuff, especially when a 
DQRM amp tuner dropped in on 14037.  Finally just sat on +3 khz and 
finally got him on 20m CW, which I needed.
