[ADXA] 9X5RU now on 20m CW, 14037

Normally this DXped of Russians has avoided 14mc CW but are now on 14037, listening up 2-4kc. In fact, until two days ago, they were on FT8 mainly and only CW on two bands. Avoiding SSB it seems. Hey, it’s their money and time etc.
