Yes sir Congrats Pat!!!!!!!!!!!
I am currently trying to do WAS and DXCC on 6m. AK is my last state and another country for DXCC, so am hoping to get them someday. Last year I heard two AK stations on, but didn’t have enough antenna and or power to finish up.
FFMA is an awesome achievement and not on this ham’s radar, right now, hi.

A very hearty congratulations to ADXA VP Pat, W5VY, for achieving 6 meter WAS. He’s been stuck at 49 for a very long time, awaiting the elusive KL7 – Alaska for his last state. He finally nailed that one this week.
While a lot of focus is on FFMA these days, some have given up on WAS however it is very achievable. You just must have patience!
Congats Pat.
