[ADXA] I need a “Clublog for Dummies” book

There’s a relatively simple answer for that. ClubLog picks information from your logging program, not LOTW. In DXLab, after receiving a confirmation and updating in DXLab, I upload from DXLab to ClubLog and it picks up confirmation. When verified by DXCC, I update manually to DXLab, and then upload to ClubLog and the “C” is changed to “V”.
In LOTW, check your Digi DXCC award records, all credited by prefix. You should find your credit there.
In LOTW, if you look in your QSOs, you will only see a match if the contra party has also submitted to LOTW.

Dennis,
I believe the discrepancy you describe in ClubLog actually begins with ARRL and Logbook of the World. Here is a personal case to back me up:
Last year I checked a card with one of our card checkers for a RTTY contact I made with T32BG in February of 1988. In LoTW I received DXCC country credit but the actual contact information I uploaded to the LoTW online log does not show a QSL confirmation. There is a disconnect between the card QSL desk and the online log. Now go to Clublog and my record of the contact is listed as worked, but not confirmed. Because of that, I don't enjoy DXCC credit for the contact there. To this day, in Clublog I have not officially worked East Kiribati...but in LoTW I have. I believe Clublog doesn't give confirmed credit for a contact unless the confirmation shows up in the LoTW database...which in my case it doesn't. The situation will be remedied as soon as the current DXpedition confirms my contacts. But what happens when - hypothetically - I work North Korea, get a card and get it checked? I will likely never get that precious contact confirmed in Clublog. Sigh...

Yikes - when I select "confirmed", my Clublog total drops to 285. The 328 was for "worked". It seems this is coming only from Lotw even though I linked my DXCC and Lotw accounts. I suspect all my WA5IIS credits, which were all based on cards, are not importing. My DXCC total is 340/356.
Thanks to Bill, Steve, and George for some good tips. I thought I only had about a dozen to analyze to see what is going on, but there are a lot more than that. I'll have to work on an approach. Maybe it's not worth the trouble, but Clublog is interesting and I'd like to see it more nearly right. I've linked and imported everything I can find, so I think it's the IIS cards that need some more massaging one way or the other.
VU4N is partially set up and on 10.131. Not copying him here yet. Probably 100% FT8 if it is like his VU7 activity.

I worked a bunch of countries under my old call, WA5IIS. I was able to do an import from DXCC into DXKeeper and DXKeeper now shows me with 340 current countries. Many of them do not show a band or mode and are marked as “credit only” since they are from the period when ARRL didn’t keep track. Everything exports from DXKeeper to Clublog, but Clublog still has me at 328. I haven’t found much documentation - either it’s supposed to be self explanatory or I’m missing something.
I thought when I submitted all those cards for Challenge points, it would update the records but it appears that Clublog only picks up things from Lotw?? I’ve done a little analysis and can’t see what is missing.
I think Clublog actually has me too high on Challenge counters, and I don’t do 60 meters. I’m not sure where the extras are coming from. I think a country by country comparison between DXCC, Clublog, and DXKeeper would tell the tale.
I’m capable of figuring it out, but spending 24 hours a day on the bands working new ones makes it difficult. And if you believe that….. I guess the truth is that I’m hoping someone has a link to the documentation that will clear it up, or has been through something similar.
