Yes.  I recently helped a paper logger for 66 years get on N3FJP/LoTW for
his 6m travels in his motorhome (when his wife will let him operate).  Got
him going with a /P configuration so all he needs to do is change the GS
where he's located and add the /P to his CQ's.  I'll probably have to walk
him through that a time or two, but it works and he uploaded over 150
contacts on his last trip to LoTW.

He doesn't have the greatest setup, just a 100w radio and vertical
antenna.  He's a big CW operator on 20 and 40 where he uses some wires when
locations allow them to find attachment points.  Said he "might" log those
on N3 as well since it would be set up.
