[ADXA] D2UY on 17m FT8

Same experience here Steve... not that much power though.  Either very
selective of Numb.  May have decode problems.  If I was home I might shoot
him off an email and ask for a sched.  You would think after calling CQ for
so long he might see that there is something wrong.
