I have tried to work him for three days, different bands, he is selective as to he works or deaf. He was calling CQ over and over, strong signal, I was hitting him with KW and yagi along with everyone else. Keep trying. I worked and worked him on 12m the other day and he had a +20 signal at times. Nada.
