Hope you caught him, Steve. I lucked out and found him on 17 after he was spotted on 10m briefly. He wasn’t very busy, and I got him rather quickly. All the upper bands have had good FT4 traffic lately, and I’ve been sure to check them from time to time. I didn’t see him on 10m and started scanning the bands. I was a little surprised to see him jump from 10m FT8 to 17 FT4. As far as I know, he hasn’t been on FT4 much. I saw he updated his QRZ log, and it showed a bunch of FT4 contacts this afternoon. He confirmed shortly after I worked him. He mentions on his QRZ page he doesn’t get much Asian reception, so that’s good for us I guess :-).

Thanks for the spot. Didn't get him right away, but good sigs and good report. Lots of callers, but with the speed of FT-4, that mode is allowing him to keep the rate right at 2/min, he is running through the callers well. Not CW/SSB rate, but better than FT-8.
