[ADXA] 3C3CA on 17m FT4

Thanks for the spot.  Didn't get him right away, but good sigs and good 
report.  Lots of callers,  but with the speed of FT-4, that mode is 
allowing him to keep the rate right at 2/min, he is running through the 
callers well.    Not CW/SSB rate, but better than FT-8.
