[ADXA] QSL cards - W5RZ

Thanks, Jay - I'm working with Roger and will get them to him before the
meeting. I've got the WA5IIS cards typed in and any order is OK as long as
I keep the cards in the order I put them. The RZ cards will go in next.
Roger suggested putting the multiples at the end even though it is not
required. That seems to make sense to me. It only took about 20 minutes
to enter the IIS cards. I think there are <>100 RZ cards so less than an
hour and I'll be finished.
Online doesn't really care and they suggest you enter them as you get them,
just keep them stacked in the same order, or put them that way before
submitting them. The online system sticks with the order you put them in
as far as I can tell.
