Thanks, Jay - I'm working with Roger and will get them to him before the meeting.  I've got the WA5IIS cards typed in and any order is OK as long as I keep the cards in the order I put them.  The RZ cards will go in next.  Roger suggested putting the multiples at the end even though it is not required.  That seems to make sense to me.   It only took about 20 minutes to enter the IIS cards.  I think there are <>100 RZ cards so less than an hour and I'll be finished.

Online doesn't really care and they suggest you enter them as you get them, just keep them stacked in the same order, or put them that way before submitting them.  The online system sticks with the order you put them in as far as I can tell.

Hi Dennis,

I think if you start typing them in you will be A-OK.  Guys correct me if I am wrong here.  The Online DXCC will sort them in the correct order and it will print that out for your application.

Don’t remember having to put the cards with multiples at the end with Online?

Subject: [ADXA] QSL cards - W5RZ

I've been lax about chasing entities for the DeSoto Challenge.  I went through QSL cards and I do have some new ones.  My first question is about the best way to handle <>150 cards.  Should I bring them to the annual meeting?  Make arrangements with a card checker to get them to him early?  It's a lot of cards.

I plan to use the online application process.  I've chased all over the DXCC instructions and I think I have an idea what to do.   I guess I would check "new application" since I will go over 1000 for Challenge and that is a new certificate, I guess.  Normally, they ask that you put cards with multiple contacts at the end and mark them with which contacts you want processed.  The online instructions don't say that.  The band/mode you want is indicated on the forms and maybe that is enough.  I probably wlll put a post-it note on the cards, though.

Jay has given me some excellent advice on the online process and it sounds easy.  I'm looking forward to getting these cards processed and then I can really concentrate on working new ones!
