[ADXA] J28MD 24911.0 FT8 1231z

The first multi-stream contact I heard was Don Miller on CW.  He would send W5RZ W5JAY 5NN, then pause a second and send TU.  I’ve seen KL9A and N6MJ and our own N5DX work some tremendous rates per hour on CW - probably over 400.  I tried 2BSIQ one time and decided that I was barely up to any kind of SO2R operation at al.

I’ve gotta admit the multi-stream FT8 stuff confuses me, like how to tell whether they are working WSJT-X F/H or some other variation.   George helped me with some of that, though.  We have some real digital modes gurus in this area.

I’ve got a rig on digital modes with a 135 foot ladder line fed dipole and LDG tuner.  I can usually work ‘em with that no matter what band.  The other rig has better antennas and higher power for CW and SSB so I’m set up well to chase DeSoto points.  The only problem is fishing, watching baseball games, doing POTA, etc.  Those things keep my butt out of the DX’ing chair too much!
