Just worked Kiska on 21.091 FT8 F/H 2345z. Signal improving. 
 
Worked him earlier on 18.130 for SSB.
 
Three bands, three modes so far.

PS Saw BN0W on 18.100 briefly about 0400 last night. P'eng_Hu Is.
Expedition. But not strong enough.
