[ADXA] FT8WW on 10.131 ???

Been watching the past hour or so, just in case.  All of the sudden I saw
"him" with a +10 db report.  I called ONCE, just in case and of course
never saw him again.  Over the next month, it's only going to get worse
trying to figure out what's real.  I just wish I was in the boots of the
big guns locally that have Crozet in their log from times gone by.

Just now he was decoded a couple of times, but with a -10 or a +01.  I'll
watch for a few cycles to see what gives.  Hopes not very high on 30m for
me.  I did see him a bunch on 20m earlier today, but no joy.
