[ADXA] VUCC and LOTW issue discovered

First off, glad to see you chasing all the craziness from your deluxe
accommodations in the sky.
Let us all know what steps (who you talked to, emailed) to make this
happen. Seems to me like it should be an automatic thing from the get-go.
But then, I'm not the smartest rock in the quarry either.
