Years ago when I started working from home I invested $500 or so in a Herman Miller Aeron chair. After 10 years of use daily -- I roll it from the office desk across the room to hamshack desk -- it still looks like new and is the most comfortable office chair out there.

Anyway, both videos showed the chair they were using and it was the same one that I bought. It seems sturdy enough to handle my 200+ pounds. It adjusts in about every direction. The seat is very firm. I would have preferred it to be a bit softer. If I were to buy it again I think I would have opted for a fabric covered version (more $$$) instead of the leather-like stuff. The cost was about $400.
