Does anyone remember Buzz Longstreth, WA5CBL and also W0KON? He lived in Little Rock in the 60’s and was a big gun DX’er. I was a kid at the time and was impressed by his high power and good antenna, but mainly his CW ability. I think he sent with a bug.
